Kepu Oil

A new division of Kepu has been formed recently to cope with the ongoing enquiries for marine and industrial lubricants. Kepu Oil trades in most brands of lubricants as well as blending its own high spec product.

We understand the complexities of lubricants and we realise different engineers have confidence in certain brands therefore we have opened credit lines with most oil majors as so we can service your favoured brand. With your enquiry we will supply prices and spec sheets of at least two other equivilents for your final decision making.

Kepu’s own brand is blended to the highest specs and meets and exceeds most engine specifications.

Kepu Bunkering

This division handles all international bunkering activities in and around South Africa. With our partnerships with other international companies, we can bunker vessels in most parts of the world. Kepu Bunkering has the capabilities of bunkering in most ports of Africa as well as arranging offshore supplies off east and west coasts.

Kepu Trading

This is the trading arm of the group and concentrates on crude oil and clean product trading in and out of South Africa. Kepu Trading also imports and exports cargoes for South African oil companies.

Kepu Trading was formed in 2003 as a joint venture with Lukoil to concentrate on product trading within Africa. As time went by it became increasingly noticeable that South Africa needed a stand-alone strong BEE trading company and the two companies parted ways amicably.

Kepu Trading is today managed by two of the most experienced players in the market, the Managing Director Bryn Ressell and Rodney Leeman.
